Ubuntu DVD?

The DVD also includes Ubuntu Server edition install option as well.

So basically it combines, Ubuntu Desktop (Live/Live Installer), Ubuntu
Alternate and Ubuntu Server on one disk. And there are extra packages on
it as well.

When it starts up you're given all of the above options (Live, Alternate
or Server). There is also a command line installer option on the menu as
well (like server but but just a basic Linux command line install - No
X-Window -).
