Screen Resolution for wide screen

Try the GUI approach - not too bad.

1. From the menu, go to Settings. In Settings, pick Peripherals, then
Monitor and Display.

2. On the Hardware tab, tell it you have a 19" monitor with 1440x900. It
may know about your ViewSonic, or you may have to tell it you have a generic
- 19" 1440x900 is a choice.

3. On the Size, Orientation & Positioning menu, it should now let you slide
up to 1440x900.

You may have to go into Administrator Mode for this to work.
