You can see what got updated (if you didn't look before applying them)
via the Synaptic package manager: File|History
I don't run KDE, but I do run KDE packages & today I receieved the
following updates:
Upgraded the following packages:
kdebase-bin (4:3.5.6-0ubuntu20.4) to 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu20.7
konsole (4:3.5.6-0ubuntu20.4) to 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu20.7
ksysguard (4:3.5.6-0ubuntu20.4) to 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu20.7
ksysguardd (4:3.5.6-0ubuntu20.4) to 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu20.7
None of which have anything to do with medibuntu.
The medibuntu repo won't hurt anything & you don't need to remove it
unless you want to. I've had it in my sources file for as long as I can
remember. The project is here: https://launchpad.net/medibuntu/ bugs are
here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu/+bugs and info is here:

As an added note: I forgot to give you this link in my previous post:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AcrobatHowTo
The acroread version in medibuntu is 7.09, Adobe now have a .deb version
for 8.1.1:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions_nojs1.html
which I've just installed on Feisty 7.04 and it runs just fine. If you'd
rather install 8.1.1:
1. Download from
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions_nojs1.html
select the linux deb file in the OS
2. Remove the medibuntu version:
$ sudo apt-get remove acroread
3. Go to the direcory where you saved AdobeReader_enu-8.1.1-1.i386.deb
$ sudo dpkg -i AdobeReader_enu-8.1.1-1.i386.deb
4. In gnome I rebuild the gnome-panel so that the new version shows up
on my Applications menu
$ sudo killall gnome-panel
I don't know how to do that in KDE.
