problems with ubuntu feisty

Hello,

I've just upgraded my ubuntu from 6.06 to feisty (i've installed everything
again, no really upgraded). Now my computer is crashing every time (using
openoffice for example) and java 6 seems to be not good (at least, i can't
access the 'banco do brasil' page anymore).

What can i do?
