vsftp Problems

Thanks for the link... for whoever my help... the solution is..

$> service vsftp start


but if you get the OPEN: PERMISSION DENIED just applied

$> sudo service vsftpd start

now... the problem that im having is that it says that it doesnt find
the vsftpd in the /usr/sbin working... so... im working on that..
