Dual monitor possible?

I installed Ubuntu with the book Beginning Ubuntu Linux from Keir Thomas and
it mentions Vim, so when somebody from the list told me to edit and add to
the file I thought about Vim. I also have A Pratical Guide to Linux
Commands, Editors, and Shell Programming from Mark G.Sobell which also
speaks about Vim, so I didn't even think about anything else. I am using Vim
(version 7.0.235) and I love it same if it complicated. I'm sure I use only
a little bit of it and it has lot more features that I don't know yet but I
will learn them with a little time(meaning certainly a few months or years).
I'm sure you will hear about it later.
I found a book about vim on internet yesterday, I try to find where and will
let you know. (I printed it, it was easier to read and watch my screen)
Does anyone has an idea why lscpi and cat xorg.conf show me two different
cards but only one. Is it possible that one use the nVidia binary driver
and one the nVidia legacy driver and that would be why only one of the card
appears?
Thank you
Megan
