You need to realize that new files are always being uploaded to the
Gutsy repositories. Sometimes, a new version of FileA is uploaded that
requires a newer version of FileB but that hasn't yet been uploaded to
the repositories. This will cause the install of FileA to error due to a
dependency issue (just like the gimp package). You should *NOT* force
install these packages. Rather you should just wait for FileB to become
available in the repositories and FileA will install fine at that point.
