Hmm, I'll have to take another look at it then. It seemed to do quite
well when in Gnome, bar not being able to get a wireless connection, but
that's likely not directly related. I did think it was part of the Gnome
project and therefore relied on a selection of Gnome libraries - due to
the URL I guess: http://www.gnome.org/projects/NetworkManager/

I'll have to have a good solid go at getting wireless working in Linux.
The only one I have working is a Linksys PCI card in a desktop that is
natively supported including wpa - it doesn't appear that I've the same
luck with the USB and PCMCIA cards :(
