I dit it by doing this:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

sudo apt-get install nvidia-glx

sudo nvidia-xconfig --add-argb-glx-visuals --composite

Restart your X by logging out and in or by pressing ctrl+alt+backspace
sudo nvidia-settings

After the last command, a window to configure you display will open. You
just need to go to X Server Display Configuration and configure the dual
monitor with the resolutions you want.

I'm not sure if this will work, considering that you have 2 graphic cards,
and you are not running feisty. It worked with me, but I have 1 card where I
plug both of my monitors.
I hope it helps. Any problem, just post back.
