Oh and changing the subject line when replying to a digest post is
another *excellent* idea.

In fact, digests are more trouble than they are worth. Nothing beats a
good email filter or (in my case) accessing this list via Gmane's news
server (http://www.gname.org) (nntp://news.gmane.org).
