lost the use of the taskbar

Hi,
Sorry I know it already happened once and I have the answer on the notes
that are stuck on my taskbar! If somebody could tell me what to do to have
my taskbar back that would be nice. I know I have to delete something but I
can't remember what. I already tried Ctrl-Alt-Backspace and it didn't do
anything so for now I am stuck without the taskbar.
I was trying to put a new applet on the taskbar when it happened.
