I apologize for that message, I guess I was a little
frustrated/annoyed... the reason the message doesn't show up on all
messages is probably because of two things. First of all, some messages
that mailman probably doesn't want to add text to (like ones that are
PGP/MIME signed) have the footer attached rather than added to the
bottom of the message. Evolution displays it right there, but some other
clients require you actually open the attachment. Also, if you're
replied to with Reply All, some clients seem not to obey the Reply-To
field in ubuntu-users messages, and send it straight to the sender and
CC it to the list. This is normal behavior, but results in the user
being sent the message directly so it won't have the list footer.
