screen wavy after upgrade to Feisty - refresh rate? can't config display in kcontrol...

Ah, no, I just have the cheap onboard video, no nVidia.
Incidentally, I logged out of kde and into gnome and changed
the refresh rate from 75 to 60, and it seems to have made no difference.
I will continue to seek another solution.
