GUI File Copying

Hey,

  I'm looking for a linux equivalent to TotalCopy, a freeware Windows
app that lets you right click and drag to copy with a more useful but
similarly styled/sized dialogue with a more accurate data counter and
countdown timer as well as pause and a speed throttler and auto-pause on
failure (great for when someone inadvertently pulls a network cable,
just un-pause when you've got it sorted).

  I've typically used ftp since moving to a full time linux desktop, but
thought I'd ask:  Is there something vaguely similar around for linux?
