Hi all!

I am trying to set up my internet connection. These are the things that i have:

  (a) broadband ADSL modem.
  (b) iconnect 802.11b Wireless usb adapter WPC-11u (rev 1.1)
  (c) Aztec router DSL 600EW

I went to Application-system-networking to set up the "wireless connection". In the "Properties", i keyed in the net work name and network pass word. In the connetion settings I chose "static IP address"

Question 1) Is the above configuration correct? There are other tabs like "general", "dns" and "hosts". Do I need to do anything to them ?

Question2 ) When I was using windows, there is an icon for me to dial up to my internet service provider. In xubuntu, I need to use wvdial to dial up too right?
Accoding to the synaptic package manager, the wvdial is already installed. But where can i find it? How to use it ?

  I am really very lost...

  Thanks

  Bakut
