If you want to uninstall the Gutsy version, use these instructions to
install the standard OOo:

<http://www.8daysaweek.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=759http://www.8daysaweek.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=759>

If you want a version with some added extras, install OxygenOffice:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/ooop
  http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=170021
[download & install OOo_2.3.0_071010_unxlngi6_install.tar.gz for the
english version]

That said, you might want to look into installing Gutsy.
