Assuming I understand the problem, it's no different than any other  
telephone jack.
The DSL signal rides 'on top of' your normal phone line.

Just use decent quality wire and make sure all your connections are  
tight.

The item that sometimes trips people up, is that anything plugged  
into your phone line *OTHER* THAN THE DSL MODEM needs a 'filter'
e.g. every phone, fax machine, alarm system etc etc etc
