[gutsy] added folders in home

I now agree, the names should be customizable and in any case they should
not be links... If i had to do a backup of all of my data, I would have
saved the home directory, and lost oll of my "unwanted shared documents"...
very bad mr.Ubuntu! :P
Apart from these arguments, I think ubuntu must be totally different from
Windows... these folder (Links) should not exist...
