[gutsy] added folders in home

Andres,

the thing is, this is a very particular thing. In Windows, those My
Documents, My Music, etc folders have been there since Windows 95, and all
the software written for Windows is aware on that. These folders here in
gutsy are gutsy-specific, not even Ubuntu-specific.

It's very good if you have a use for these folders, but keep in mind that
storing data here should be available only for your user - it is not an
elegant way to store all your music for all users in one place. Nils replied
with a nice solution for that. Also do not expect your music player or your
word processor to know automatically that you have a ~/Music and a
~/Templates folder.
