Sure; Windows probably is probably overclocking your monitor and could
possibly damage it. You'd have to look at your monitor documentation to
see if it can support 100 & if so just change the Horizsync rate
accordingly.

There is a small package & command to extract the monitor values... I
used it just last week, but it escapes me as to what it is right now. If
I think of it I'll post back.
