Feisty Fawn Removed

I have a Dell laptop which has installed Windows XP Home Ed. and Ubuntu 
Feisty Fawn. Feisty Fawn was istalled by me, and Windows is the laptop's 
original OS.

I should like to completely remove Feisty Fawn, of course including the boot 
manager, and return to having Windows XP as the sole OS on the laptop.

Could any one please give me the steps I need to go through to do this?
