Evince error msg.

When trying to print specific pages from a PDF, I am consistently,
although not exclusively, getting the following message:


        Error: Illegal entry in bfchar block in ToUnicode CMap


This message repeats until I kill the process.  A few times out of maybe
25 tries it will not give me the error message and print the pages as
commanded.  Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?
