is the 64bit version of gutsy stable?

Very much so. Haven't noticed much crackling on the 32-bit version either,
but am tempted to say that it's even more stable than that.

Not that I've come up with anything. Looks like they've come up with proper
wrappers that allow 32-bit flash to work on this as well, which in mind was
one of the last issues for 64-bit. Java works flawlessly, so far at least.
Absolutely no problems that I've encountered.
