iSCSI on HP Proliant servers

We recently purchased two HP proliant servers.
One is going to be our file server and the other our xen server.

after they arrived, as i was looking around in the maintenance screen,
i noticed that both of the servers' nics has an iSCSI address as well as
the normal MAC address.

I am assuming that this means both machines are iSCSI capable.
Can anyone show me how i can use the iSCSI interfaces?
