Hey,
Unfortunately no, I've had WindowsXP Tablet edition installed on there
for most of its life and before I installed Ubuntu on it the pen
receiver has broken. Tracing the pen across the screen there are
sections (vertical stripes) that don't respond. The laptop is a 2002
revision and is not worth repairing cost wise so I haven't had any
experience using the apps. When I had FreeBSD installed on it I had to
manually configure the Xorg.conf file to get the pen working though, so
if you have troubles feel free to ask, though if the Wacom driver works
it should now be automagic.

cheers,
Owen.
