Mutt wants to install a mail-transfer-agent - and if you don't have one,
it'll try postfix by default.  If for some reason he already has sendmail,
it'll use it.

This is because mutt purists insist that no mail program should ever speak
SMTP.  Crazy concept if you ask me...
