you dont need to run the whole postfix just to be able to send mail from
mutt, just something that provides mail-transport-agent will do, personally i
used to use ssmtp which is quick and easy to setup (just
dpkg-reconfigure ssmtp, then change the sendmail line in your .muttrc)
but if your willing to compile yourself the lastest 1.5.15 contains the
esmtp patch meaning the functionality to send mail is now built in, so
its just a .muttrc setting now
