i believe ubuntu.exe is the file used for the windows autorun (the
ubuntu cds/dvds have a little feature on them where you can insert them
into a windows pc and it will autorun and give you a list of programs
that are included on the disk that will run on windows)

also note:
the free cds (free of shipping costs too :) ) can take 4 - 6 weeks to
arrive. it usually takes me about 5 to 6 weeks to get mine (as i live in
the northern part of the US)
