Excellent report. One question & one suggestion (Ubuntu 6.10 defect
report.odt):

S. The report would be easier to navigate (114 pages) if you created a
table of contents at the start of the report, e.g.,
Table of Contents
Bug Ubt-100000135 - The function of this product isn’t consistent with
the help documentation...............................................1
In OpenOffice simply change the "Bug Ubt-" paragraph style to Heading 1
& then Insert|Indexes and Tables|Indexes and Tables - create to only 1
level.
