where is prefered text editor?

Hi!

Where is the preferred text editor in "gnome-preferred-applications"
dialog? It's supposed to be there, according to this entry in the
gnome user manual:

I am trying to change it from gedit to gvim, and can't find where. Yes
I have changed all occurrences of gedit to gvim using galternatives,
but text files are still opened with gedit.
