special chars problem with windows zip files

Hi,

I get a lot of ZIP-Files with java source code. I have the problem with the
german special characters: neither "ark" nor the command line zip tool are
handling the filenames AND the file contents correctly.

Do I have to reconfigure the "unzip" tool, or is it a deeper problem?
