  Because that's MS' home turf, and Dell has a solid footing there.

  I was at Penguicon 5.0 in Troy the other weekend.  Ubuntu was
everywhere, most of the presenters had Ubuntu on their laptops, and
those that didn't had either MacOS or W2k (oddly enough from what I saw
in equal numbers).  The one I attended there two years earlier had SuSE
as the clear favourite.

  It's in the pilot project phase, let them iron out the kinks.  It's
nice to see that support from Canonical can be purchased, but will this
degenerate into a hardware vs software pass the buck scenario.
