That's the one *really* positive aspect to this move in my point of 
view.. Hardware manufacturers have, for the most part, marginalized 
the,, umm, marginal Linux market.  But now that Dell's *official* 
position is that they want to offer Linux as an option on their systems, 
just watch the the hardware makers trip all over themselves to offer 
Linux support for their hardware.
