Seek to 34365219328:Invalid argument

Hi,

I've got a FAT32 partition with a warning into gparted:
"Seek to 34365219328:Invalid argument"

So I tried to use dosfsck to repair it, like this:

gelinp at gelinux:/mnt$ sudo dosfsck -avw /dev/sda2
dosfsck 2.11 (12 Mar 2005)
dosfsck 2.11, 12 Mar 2005, FAT32, LFN
Checking we can access the last sector of the filesystem
Seek to 34365219328:Invalid argument

But, as you can see, the command didn't execute, and my problem is always
here. So what can I do?
