I too am not an expert however, I do agree with you. I would also assume
what you're saying to be true.

Well, there's a story to this - Long to short, of all the PC's I have, I
kept only one Windows device. That being said, it was for iTunes only.
I did have a need to one Windows device but that need has long past. But
to answer you, no - I never bothered to create audio CD's from the
purchases. I did a fair amount, just not all.

Meh - I don't want to argue nor discuss legal-speak (I'm just a common
man therefore, I would lose the arguments and discussions).
All this aside, is there any decent site out there you can buy music
from? Emusic has a very limited collection (I checked into them).
