Thanks again folks! That util (mp32ogg) is EXACTLY what i wanted.
As to redoing my collection ... for now I'll pass. I have some 250 cd's
 or so and as I mentioned, I'm about 20 to 30 away from the end.

Perhaps in time, I'll redo the whole thing, but for now - I'm off
converting!
