Upgrade v Reinstall

aside from inconveniencing electrons? ;)...

The only real benefit you would get is the distinct pleasure of
helping test out the latest installer. Unless something is broken
there is generally no need to reinstall. Just keep on
upgrade/dist-upgrade'ing and all will be well.
