Azureus is currently reporting 36 seeds and 84 peers here. I am seeding,
and connected to 66 peers, and allowing 10 upload slots - my current
upload speed is about 75-80 KB/s

The Ubuntu BT client is OK , but personally I get the best results with
Azureus,  or the CLI client "rtorrent".  Azureus also supplies a lot of
information in its GUI - which for curious people like me is
interesting ;-)
