Ah, I just noticed that I had by accident ticked the box that limits
the number of seeds (to 5 people in this case) ! I unticked the box, and
instantly the speed went up to about 85 KB/s ! Cool, that's helping
more people, computer suddenly became more useful to the community...

I don't know how many people are downloading, though, as the BT client
included in Ubuntu doesn't give this information.
