Acrobat Reader can't find Arial font

I installed Acrobat Reader 7.0.8 on Ubuntu 7.04, using the tar.gz 
package from adobe.com

It works fine for the most part, but on some documents it complains it 
cannot find the Arial font and the document is not rendered correctly.

The thing is, I do have the Arial font, OpenOffice can find it just 
fine. I also installed the msttcorefonts package.

Any idea how can I fix Acrobat?
