Controlling web server (apache2) using Virtualmin or VHCS2

Hi all, I thought I'd dredge up an old thread...
I'm about to make my new VHCS2-controlled Ubuntu 6.06 (Dapper Drake)
server (with four separate domains and some more sub-domains) live
after quite a bit of testing and fiddling (NOT using the server
install -- the server kernel gave me no end of head aches).
"Unfortunately" I just ran into Virtualmin a few minutes ago and it
seems that it too manages virtual domains in apache2 using the (to me)
familiar interface of Webmin. So, now I'm wondering: is it worth
setting up a VMware virtual machine to try out Virtualmin before
proceeding with a migration to VHCS2?
Currently my server is on a 333 MHz PowerPC running YellowDogLinux
4.01 that was last installed/cleaned at the beginning of 2005. It's
been limping along for the better part of a year because of some bone
headed partitioning decisions, though, it's been hyper-stable (before
there was a power failure last year it had 300 days of continuous
up-time))?
Has anyone had the opportunity to use both Virtualmin
(http://www.webmin.com/virtualmin.html) and VHCS2
(http://www.vhcs.net/)? Is Virtualmin any better than VHCS2 in your
opinion?
I'm running the server for two friends and myself with three different
levels of expertise so I want to have an easy-to-maintain web server
with virtual domains. VHCS2 does what I need it to do, however, I am
concerned that it is, for all practical purposes, dead in the water
when it comes to development and security patches (and, Virtualmin
seems to be more actively developed).
Thanks, Eric.
