Skype telephone giveaway- but not for Linux users

Skype's new sweepstakes is gibing away 200 Netgear WiFi Phones. In
order to qualify, one must send money with Paypal via Skype. However,
the current Linux version of Skype, 1.3.0.53, does not have the 'send
money' feature. Thus, Linux users cannot take part in the sweepstakes.

Remember, we're grateful that Skype even _has_ a Linux version. But
we'd like the same treatment as Windows users.
