Well digging through your output, I came across some interesting items.
I have no idea if my commentary will be of help, though. :)

This is a rather odd one. This implies you have Cygwin installed
(http://www.cygwin.com/). I seems strange that this is showing up in
this output. Did you start InfraRecorder from an icon on your desktop
or start menu?

> /cygdrive/c/Program Files/InfraRecorder/cdrtools/cdrecord: No disk / Wrong disk!

On the other hand, maybe InfraRecorder includes Cygwin. It's using
cdrecord to actually burn the disk here and cdrecord is complaining that
there is no disk in the drive (if there was, it's not seeing it).

Again, it's claiming "no media present".

And once more, it's doing the same.

Have you burned other CDs successfully with this drive? If yes, were they
the same brand and/or were you using InfraRecorder to do so?

Sometimes burners can be finicky about what brands of CD you use.
Another possibility is that this particular CD (or the whole batch) is
just "bad". I'd first try another CD and see if it works (assuming you
bought a spindle or multiple packaged CD-Rs wrapped together).

Another possibility.....

Your CD burner could be flaky. LiteON burners are (in)famous for either
working really well or just the opposite.

I have one and I'm about to replace it. I'm in the latter category. :)

There are other possibilities that are more technical (cables,
motherboard, BUS) that could be the culprit. I know nothing about those,
though. :)

Try a different CD-R. If that doesn't work, try a different brand and
see if that works.

Or....

Try different software.

I'm grasping at straws, but this is what I'd do if I were in your
situation.
