Changes to Ubuntu User Guide

How can one be kept up to date regarding changes to the user guide.  I 
downloaded the Unofficial Ubuntu 7.04 Starter Guide from:

http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu:Feisty

which was 159 pages.

This morning when I followed up one topic on the Boot Menu on this list 
which is located at:

http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu:Feisty/BootMenu

It had two extra entries which is not part of the Starter Guide I 
downloaded then, but is part of it now.
