Nat Problem? setup problem?

I put all of my machines into /etc/hosts   and set the IP to be the internal 
address.

Such as:

192.168.0.3    linux1   linux1.bmarsh.com

I also send internal email to   xxxxx at linux1     but I am sure  
linux1.bmarsh.com  would also work.
