How can I install rtlinux 3.1 on Ubuntu dapper linux?

My linux is ubuntu dapper. The kernel version is :
Linux ubuntu 2.6.15-28-386 #1 PREEMPT Thu May 10 09:45:43 UTC 2007 i686
GNU/Linux
How can I install rtlinux 3.1 on it? Does rtlinux3.1 only support the kernel
2.4.4?
