exim4 dependency problems

Not having had a reply, but playing around, I found that if I enabled the
monolithic exim4 config file at /etc/exim4/exim4.conf I could resolve the
problem. There may be a bug which prevents exim4 being correctly installed -
I saw one report mentioned but could not find it on the exim page.
