GoogleDesktop - After 48 hours its only at .1%

Hi

I also have a problem with Google Desktop. Apparently neither my Open 
Office files (mostly in .doc or .xls format), nor my PDF's, nor my latex 
files are being indexed. What must I change to get the correct behavior?
