wget --force-html --convert-links --no-check-certificate --mirror
https://help.ubuntu.com

It'll bzip down to a lot smaller than the original download as well,
which can be very handy for sharing with others.  You may want to get
the stuff from https://wiki.ubuntu.com as well.
