Apache2 not working in Feisty

Are you sure it's actually running?  After installing apache2, I
needed to edit /etc/default/apache2 and change this line:
NO_START=1
to
NO_START=0

Until I did that, I could try to start apache2 all I wanted (via 'sudo
invoke-rc.d apache2 start'), and it would claim to succeed, but apache
was not actually starting up.
